Laura Winterroth, Founder and Managing Director, works with client organizations to improve performance and accountability by linking learning and development issues directly to strategic goals. Laura consults with clients to identify business and learning needs and develops appropriate responses that are comprehensive and results-oriented. Laura serves as TD's Managing Director and Account Executive to clients including Berkeley College, Cablevision, FIT, Lutheran Family Health Centers, Maximum Performance, the National Basketball Association, NYCEDC, Quorum Federal Credit Union, and the U.S. Army. She is the author of TD Consulting Group's Coaching for Service Excellence©, Developing Dynamic Presentations©, Dynamic Writing 1©, Dynamic Writing 2©, and Think Customer Service!© programs. Laura has worked as a writer, lobbyist, corporate trainer, account executive, and career management consultant. Her corporate background includes positions in telecommunications and banking, and consulting assignments in a wide variety of industries. A member of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of ASTD, Laura holds an M.S. in Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University. Laura is the co-author, with TD's William Buckley, of Editor's Secrets©: 10 Keys to Stronger Writing in 30 Minutes.

Barbara Brown, Senior Consultant, is a presentations skills master and coach with a proven track record of transforming individuals into effective presenters. Noted for her vitality and engaging style, Barbara delivers interactive group and individual sessions that are practical and aimed at immediate improvement. Her clients include Adams Beverage Group, American Express, Chico's, Columbia University, the German National Tourist Board, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, Lowe's, Lutheran Medical Center, Maximum Performance, National Basketball Association, NYCEDC, Odyssey Financial, and the U.S. Tennis Association. Barbara co-designed TD's Dynamic Presentations© program. Barbara holds a M.Ed. in Counselor Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. from George Washington University.

William Buckley, Senior Consultant, is a communications specialist with wide experience in consulting, insurance industry, technical writing, and journalistic environments. His command of the written word enables him to advise companies on their most trying communications projects. At the same time, he serves as a writing coach—guiding organizations' high-value employees on a one-to-one basis to improve both their skills and productivity as writers. Bill has worked closely with the Fashion Institute of Technology and Westchester Medical Center on a variety of writing assignments. He has contributed articles to such national publications as Reader's Digest, Redbook, Self, and Good Housekeeping. His journalism background includes associations with the CBS Television Network Morning News, WOR Radio News, and the United Nations Department of Public Information. With Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Bill co-authored an award-winning book called The American Character. His clients have included the Aramark Corporation, Kemper Insurance, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, and the Columbia University Institute of Human Nutrition. The recipient of numerous citations for distinguished medical journalism, Bill holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington. Bill is the co-author, with TD's Laura Winterroth, of Editor's Secrets©: 10 Keys to Stronger Writing in 30 Minutes.

Stephanie Busby, Consultant, brings energy, enthusiasm, and an interactive style to the programs she facilitates. Stephanie has developed and delivered programs in communications, customer service, management development, interviewing, time management, performance management, team building, employment law, and diversity. Clients have included Beth Israel Medical Center, Deloitte, EDS, FIT, Goldman Sachs, the Internal Revenue Service, Lutheran Family Health Centers, Maximum Performance, New York City Department of Education, NYCEDC, Parke-Davis, Pentegra Retirement Services, and Pitney Bowes. While with Pitney-Bowes, Stephanie designed a 10-module management development program, coached supervisors on the job to reinforce important program concepts, and led the implementation of a company-wide sexual harassment training program. At Beth Israel Medical Center, she provided internal consulting to Medical Center departments to increase productivity, efficiency, and performance. During the Medical Center's reengineering effort, she led projects on employee skill assessment, job redesign, and change-management training. In addition, she was a lead trainer in a hospital-wide customer service training initiative involving thousands of employees. Stephanie has Masters degrees in Education and Psychology from Columbia University.

Karen Donaldson, Executive Coach, has executive development experience with both Fortune 500 companies and individual private clients. Her expertise lies in the areas of leadership development, coaching, succession planning, leadership competencies, and training facilitation. Prior to her consulting work with Spiegel Brands and Quorum Federal Credit Union, Karen guided the leadership capability of IBM executives while holding global responsibility for succession planning for IBM's ibm.com, Business Partners, and Sales and Distribution organizations. She worked one-on-one with senior executives and executive teams to plan succession, create strategic development plans, facilitate executive focus groups, coach high potentials, and provide executive feedback on 360° survey results, management styles, and organizational climate. She has human resources consulting experience with Arthur Andersen; executive development, succession planning and corporate training experience with New York Life Insurance Company; and, adjunct management professorial experience with Mercy College. She holds an MBA from Columbia University.

Marie Horton, Account Manager, is an integral part of TD's Business Development group. In addition to introducing TD Consulting Group's services to prospective clients, Marie works as part of the team responsible for developing unique sales campaigns. Marie's extensive corporate background with GTE and Verizon give her an in-depth understanding of staff training and development needs. Marie holds a B.A. in English from Queens College.

Ken Katzeff, Senior Consultant, has over 15 years experience helping clients meet their business goals and increasing organizational effectiveness by improving employee performance. Ken has worked with a range of clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Brown Brothers Harriman, William M. Mercer, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Sun Microsystems. Ken served as a consultant for Towers Perrin in its Learning and Development practice where he developed Learning and Development Strategy, conducted training audits, designed a web-based career development process, and created change management processes. He has also held key management positions at Philips Electronics, N.V., where he coordinated succession planning, provided education and development programs to mid and senior level executives and created a corporate change management program to support a major restructuring effort; and at Prudential Resources Management where he pioneered distance learning for delivering technical training. Ken received a Master's Degree in Counseling and Guidance from Bank Street College.

Chuck Rosenblum, Executive Coach, is dedicated to supporting the aspirations and needs of senior managers. Effective in a wide variety of organizational settings, he coaches executives who require strong leadership, critical teambuilding, creative strategic planning, and persuasive communication skills. Chuck enjoys a long-standing reputation as a sincere, creative, and trusted member to senior management. His 25+ years as a human capital specialist include significant experience in leadership development, organizational development, performance management, and individual development planning. He held top human resources positions in Dun & Bradstreet Corp., KPMG LLC, Allstate Insurance Co., and KMC Telecom Inc. Chuck's most recent corporate assignment was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at KMC Telecom, a $500 million provider of fiber optic telecommunications services in 17 states. Chuck holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Susan Sexton, Consultant, brings to TD Consulting Group a record of success in teaching communication skills, time management, and organizational development to a variety of clients — from corporate executives to small business owners and sales representatives. Her unique platform skills ensure that every learning experience is interactive, motivational, and enjoyable. Her focus is on delivering clear, concise skills and techniques that can be readily implemented for immediate tangible results. Client projects include work with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, FIT, Lutheran Family Health Centers, Maximum Performance, National Basketball Association, NYC SCA, Pentegra Retirement Services, and the U.S. Army. Susan has been coaching individuals since 1982, and she has been designing and delivering workshops for more than a dozen years. She was a Wall Street executive for many years, and transfers direct corporate knowledge and experience to every development opportunity. Susan is an active member of the Association of Psychological Type and the American Society for Training and Development. She also speaks frequently at The Learning Annex in New York City.

Tony Stiker, Consultant, uses his management and communication experience as a facilitator and project manager to aid managers and employees in all areas of learning and development. Tony offers clients a wealth of knowledge in leadership and motivation, team-building, customer service, change management, organizational assessment, 360° feedback, and business writing. His clients include The Hartford, Abbott Laboratories, Coca-Cola, Con Edison, ESPN, FIT, First Union Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, General Motors, Microsoft, National Basketball Association, Nike, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, PBS, Unilever, U. S. Army, and Wells Fargo Bank. Tony holds an undergraduate degree from Colby College and an M.S.W. from New York University.

Anne Vasile, Project Coordinator, is the "voice" of TD. Anne works closely with all members of the TD Team by managing special projects, tracking finances, and performing general office management. She coodinates logistics for TD training programs across the U.S. and is a constant source of support to TD trainers and clients. Her project planning requires interaction with key client staff at Berkeley College, Maximum Performance, NYCEDC, NYCSCA, the U.S. Army, and others. Anne holds a B.A. in French from Fordham University in New York.

Rita Weiss, Executive Coach, specializes in developing high performance leaders at all levels of an organization — from highly-valued individuals to senior managers to CEOs. With over 20 years experience in the corporate environment, Rita's expertise lies in improving individual performance, specifically aligned with organizational objectives. Her coaching projects in leadership development, assessments, and team-building are delivered one-on-one or in small groups or training sessions. Rita has held management positions in corporate training and development at Bankers Trust Company and MCI Communications and has consulted with American Express, Anthem HealthCare, Bayer Diagnostics, Berkeley College, IBM Research, NYC School Construction Authority, Quorum Financial Credit Union, and Spiegel Brands. She is a founding member of the Westchester Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Rita holds an M.A. in Linguistics from Indiana University and a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.
